Clint McDonald launched QwickContractReview.com after facing a pivotal challenge: reviewing a large, complex subcontract agreement from a major general contractor. As the owner of a mid-sized manufacturing company, he didnt have the legal resources on handand like many entrepreneurs, hiring a high-priced attorney wasnt feasible.

Coming from a non-traditional entrepreneurial background, Clint realized that too many business owners are forced to interpret high-stakes contracts on their own. So he created a solution simple, fast, and affordable contract clarity, for anyone who needs it.
